Hi! I'm Robyn
 Why I made this guide:
In my work as a therapist and coach, I kept hearing the same thing from women who had lost significant weight — especially those using GLP-1s:
“I know I've lost weight. I know my body is smaller. And, I still feel fat.”
And honestly? I experienced this too after my own weight loss.Â
Even after big changes, it’s easy to fall back into old mental loops — seeing the body through a distorted lens, criticizing instead of celebrating, feeling like it’s somehow still not enough.
I feel like no one is talking about this challenge - so I am.Â
This guide was created to offer a different perspective — one that honors the work it took to get here, while helping shift the stories that linger.
