I'm Robyn.

Hi, I’m Robyn Howisey!

I’m a therapist and coach who helps women who have lost weight with GLP-1s do the inner work to love their bodies, quiet self-criticism, and finally feel enough — so they can live with more confidence, joy, and freedom in every part of their lives.

I traded noisy city life in Seattle for a few peaceful acres on the Olympic Peninsula, where I spend my free time with my dog, chickens, and guinea pigs — woodworking, boating, doing DIY projects, and soaking in the slower pace with my family. 

Professionally, I’ve spent over 20 years helping individuals, teens, and families navigate anxiety, perfectionism, and self-worth struggles.

After a lifetime of dieting myself, I now specialize in helping women who have lost weight with GLP-1s finally do the inner work to love their bodies, quiet self-criticism, and feel deeply, unapologetically enough.

Why I created this:

I know what it’s like to spend years dieting, chasing a number, and still feeling like it’s never enough.

I also know what it’s like to finally lose the weight—but still hear the same critical voice in the mirror. I remember thinking, “I thought this would feel better.”

I created this jumpstart series because there’s not enough support for what comes during and after weight loss—when your body changes, but your thoughts, emotions, and self-image haven’t caught up. No one talks enough about the mental and emotional work it takes to feel different on the inside.
