Outside of the office
I love spending my time with my husband and daughter, I have a pup named Luna and 8 chickens. I like to build things and consider myself pretty handy. I also love to cook, travel, boat and fish. I am very interested in how nutrition affects our mental and emotional health, and I'm a huge fan of crossfit. Go Seahawks!
Fees & Insurance
My current session rate is $250 per 50 minute session. The initial session is $275.
I am out of network for all insurance companies. (My contract with Premera ended January 2021. If you see somewhere that I am in network, that is outdated information.)
I accept payment at each session via credit card. I am happy to submit courtesy claims for you. Please check with your insurance company to understand your out of network benefits.
